Hacked or not??

Occasionally whenever I go to my lock screen for whatever is needed, I sometimes see that the notes icon would be blue when it’s usually white by default. After clicking on the icon it turns back to normal for a while then back to blue. This started happening after updating to iOS 18, I could be mistaken and crazy lol.
